Clinical Photography, Teeth Whitening and Understanding Smile Principles

This course is also accepted as a module for the ACE PGDip Prosthodontics Level 7

 

CLINICAL PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Understand extra and intra-oral photography
  • Hands on practical session
  • Consider indications for different photography techniques.

SMILE DESIGN

  • Understand principles of smile design
  • Understanding dental aesthetics and proportions
  • Understanding basic diagnostic wax
  • Understanding basic direct mock-ups techniques
  • Using techniques to improve patient consent
  • Understand how to present treatment needs to patients

UNDERSTAND SHADE MATCHING & TEETH WHITENING

  • Understanding hue, value and chroma
  • Looking at how to capture and match different shades of teeth
  • Understand different techniques of tooth whitening

Fee: £600

Course Fee: £600 (inc VAT)

  • All bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis
  • The booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • All costs include refreshments, a buffet lunch and all course documentation

  • Nearest tube station is Stanmore (Jubilee Line). Turn left out of the station – 10 mins walk.
  • Nearest mainline station is Harrow & Wealdstone – approx 3 miles.
  • Nearest free parking is Lady Aylesford Avenue – approx 8 mins walk

Equipment: Delegates MUST bring a DSLR camera, cheek retractors and mirrors
